Queens: 21st Street - 25th Road

21st Street, west side, south from and across 25th Road to 26th Road. At the northwest corner of 26th Avenue is the Mount Carmel Cemetery, an old Roman Catholic burial place. View 2 shows the cemetery, where the Redemptionist Mission Roman Catholic Church formerly stood. 21st Street was formerly known here as Van Alst Avenue.
