Waterfront basketball Caption: "Waterfront basketball--A spacious Park Department playground on Kent Ave. at the foot of Broadway provides ideal athletic facilities in the very shadow of Williamsburg Bridge. ... The bridge ... was hailed as 'the greatest suspension bridge in the history of engineering' when completed in 1908." A portion of Manhattan can be seen in distant background.
