Job rush

Caption: "Job rush--Reports that Brooklyn Navy Yard will speed up its work have brought thousands of job-seekers to apply for work. ... Now working at the yard are 11,500 men. It is expected two eight-hour shifts will be instituted, instead of the present one eight-hour shift for civilian workers."
