Terror stalks teen-agers

Five adolescent girls at table on sidewalk soliciting signatures from two women and one man; parked automobiles and apartment building in background. Caption: "Terror stalks teen-agers -- Midwood residents sign petitions handed out on E. 10th St., near Foster Ave., by teen-age girls who are appealing to the city fathers to install more lampposts.
