Seventh Avenue, west side, north from W. 12th to 14th Streets,., showing mainly a theatre production on the formmer "Rhinelander Flats" site, extending between 12th and 13th Streets. Occupying the next block to the north are two structures: one, the Metropolitan Temple,
and the other a modern apartmment house.
