Survey photograph of street conditions on Roosevelt Avenue under the Junction Blvd. Station on the eastbound side 8 feet south of curb at center line of column #461 looking east at the staircase to the station. Photograph is taken in preparation of the removal of wooden platforms on stations along the IRT Flushing Line and the installation of concrete platforms.
