The way out?

Caption: "The way out?--This is Public School 217 [a large, five-story, brick building] at Newkirk Avenue and Westminster Road which is being urged by some borough residents for conversion to Junior High School 62 so that the controversy over condemning 'Site One' property at Cortelyou Road and E. 7th and 8th Streets can be avoided. If the conversion goes through, a new public school to replace 217 would be built on lots at Webster Avenue and E. 8th Street;" street light, one pedestrian, several parked automobiles, and intersecting streets in foreground.
