Coleman Street, at and adjoining the N.E. corner of Ave. P, showing the Lott-Vanderveer house; erected by Henry D. Lott of Lotts Lane, in 1798. This house originally stood on Flatbush Road, with an additional wing, and was occupied by Mrs. A. Lott, 1860-1873; and Fred Boyd Stevenson in 1926. The house on the left, is 1565 Coleman Street, while the
building on the right, is No. 4115 Ave. P.
