Spring is here

Woman sitting on park bench with coat and purse beside her and section of lawn, two parked automobiles (one is a taxi), and two pedestrians in background. Caption: "Spring in here--Spring (1952) arrived, on schedule, at 11:14 a.m. the sun shone bright ... and Spring fever was just around the corner. In the spirit of Spring-in-Brooklyn, here is a Brooklynite, Mrs. M. Pallon, soaking in the Spring sun in front of Borough Hall and here are the Borough Hall pigeons picking up a light luncheon of peanute-on-the-half-shell provided by Mrs. P."
