Manhattan: Park Avenue - 54th Street

401 Park Avenue, at N.E. corner of 54th Street, showing a newly
completed prize-winning apartment house, 12 stories tall.
On the farther side of the garage, which will stay, another apartement
house will be erected in 1916.
Note the temporary wooden fence. The railroad tracks have been electrified
and covered over, but the center perks have not yet been constructed.
