The high tribunal

Caption: "The high tribunal--Manual Training [High School]'s student court meets regularly and seriously. Sitting [around table] left to right are William Grannea, Philip Glasser, Virginia Neill, Julius Scotti, Marvin Beckman, Charles Mechalakos and Arthur Darkin." In 1960, the school, located at 237 Seventh Avenue, changed its name to John Jay High School, and in 2001 the name changed again to Secondary School for Law Journalism and Research.
