Columbus Avenue, north from W,st 67th Street as photographed from the express platform of the 66th Streeet station on the 9th Avenue "El" line. The open space at the left is the block site upon which the former 1st Field Artillery Armory stood. This extends from 67th to 68th Streets, Columbus Avenue to Broadway.
