A northward view of same, from the water. Note to the left of same, the old Washington Building and to the right, the Produce Exchange Building; all bearing flags. This point, the southernmost tip of Manhattan, is the confluence of the North (Hudson) and the East Rivers, forming what is known as the Upper Bay.
