Fashion note

Infant boy wearing diaper, shoes and socks walking toward pigeon on pavement with three automobiles, one bus, portions of several residences, and man sitting on park bench in background. Caption: "Fashion note: what not to wear in hot weather--Obviously, as 17-month-old Edward Kutch of 237 Nassau St. illustrates it, just about everything. Thus fashionably unattired, little Eddie coolly goes pigeon-hunting on the S. Parkes Cadman Plaza."
