That dreamy spring is here

Two young women sitting on park bench with concrete wall and shubbery in background; woman on right is holding compact in left hand and paper (?) in right hand. Caption: "That dreamy spring is here--As temperature zooms into soothing seventies, Estelle Avalotis of 540 52d St., left, and Mary needrith, 204 Willoughby Ave., pause in lunch hour at S. Parkes Cadman Plaza, in downtown Brooklyn, to dream, maybe, of whatever a young girl's fancy lightly turns to in the Spring."
