326 Heward Avenue, west side, south of Eddy Street, shewing a rear view of the John Oans Mansion. It was earlier owned by Georgo E. Rendall (1907-1898). Prior te thas it belonged te W. B. Duncan (1874). The mansion is 225 feet back of the avenue.
