Manhattan: Park Avenue - 34th Street

The old residence on the S.W. corner of 39th Street will be demolished in September 1933. The 70 Park Avenue Hotel, shown on the N.W. corner of 38th Street, was built since 1925; and on the S.W. corner of 37th Street the houses are still standing that will give way in 1930 to the new Union League Clubhouse. The Vanderbilt Hotel, on the block from 34th to 33rd Streets,
is shown at the extreme left.
