A new coach, too

Caption: "A new coach, too--Brooklyn Tech[nical High School]'s return to the athletic wars has been marked by the apointment of a new mentor, big Dave Askinasi ... His new duties will doubtless be lightened by the return of two holdovers from Tech's last team in 1949, Bill Assiff, center, and Larry Scavone, both well over 6 feet and 200 pounds ..." The school is located at 29 Fort Greene Place.
