Cooper Avenue - looking east toward Copeland Ave. (now 78th Ave.) from Cooper Ave. near 73rd St. The house at far right on the SW corner 73rd Pl. and Cooper Ave. is under construction, the square structure right of center is a hotel at the Kuhlen Grunde (Cool Grounds) Picnic Park, on the SW corner of 74th St. and 78th Ave. On left (north) of 78th Ave. is a high embankment, part of Miller's Hill, and was cut away later in the 1920s.
