Manhattan: Park Avenue - 69th Street (East)

Park Avenue, west side, from E. 69th (left) to 70th Streets, as viewed northeastward from the Vacant lot on the east side of
this thoroughfare,between 68th and 69th Streets.
Two low builoings occupy the above location; that at the S.W. co ner of 70th ltreet 1s the George S. Blumenthal resucence. To the north of same is a modern apart..ent house standing on the old Presbyterian Hospital site. At the right margin appears a portion of the Union Club, located at the N. E. corner of Park Evenue and E. 69th Street. Hunter College until recently occupied
the cleared foreground area.
