Newtown - Jeromus Vanderveer House - Forest Hills

Jeromus Vanderveer House - old residence (aka Weeden House). Barns and outbuildings in the rear of the Old Jeromus Vanderveer House. North side of Metropolitan Ave. about 50 feet west of 70th Ave. Stone Barn at left was built in 1850, to its right (east) and slightly north is a Wooden Barn. In the right foreground is a garage. The Weeden's occupied but did not own the property 1873 - 1922.
