Image represented is one of a related set (CHUR 1130), some of which may also be described in this new record; Facade of Our Lady of Mercy Church, DeKalb Avenue and Debevoise Place, with iron fence along front, tree in left foreground, and residential building (perhaps rectory?) on far right. (Church relocated to Schermerhorn Street and Nevins Street in 1908.) NOte: At the time of cataloging, there is no Debevoise Place in Brooklyn. The street was apparently renamed.
