Facade of Board of Education building, a twelve-story limestone building built by McKim, Mead & White at 110 Livingston Street in 1926, with several pedestrians, several parked automobiles, moving truck, "Trolley Station" sign, and portions of several other buildings. Note: Originally the Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks clubhouse, it became the headquarters of the New York City Board of Education on May 14, 1940.
