Manhattan: 5th Avenue - 34th Street

Fifth Avenue, west side, at W. 34th Street, showing at the S. W. and N. W. corners respectively the Astor and Stewart homes. The former is shortly to be removed for the second half of the Waldorf-Astoria Hotel. The latter is the home of the Manhattan Club at this date. At the left is a portion of the Hotel Waldorf
that was opened in 1893.
