Halloween shenanigans

In bare room with pipes overhead, three customed adults stand before racially mixed group of fifteen partially customed children (nine sitting on floor, six standing). Caption: "Halloween shenanigans -- Far from terror-stricken by the traditional Halloween figures, children at the Fort Green Play School party seem happily intrigued by the ghost, the witch and pumpkin-holding gypsy, who were at hand to entertain. The festivities took place yesterday at the school, 51 Monument Walk."
