The New York Times of March 12, 1940 reports the lease of site known as 62-4 Leroy Street and 16-18 Seventh Avenue South to a firm of builders to be improved with a 6 story apartment house for Fall occupancy. This plot has frontages of 50.4 feet on the former and 77.4 on the latter. A partial view o8 same appears here. It is the triangular corner (S.W.) distinguished by the tenement with the sign I Will Share". The structure bearing this legend is to be included in conjunction with the Sinclair gas station
