The same, showing a close up of the "Church on the Heights" (Reformed). The Congregation of this church organiszed in 1837 and erected their first place of worship on Henry Street as the "Central Church" (Dutch Reformed) in 1839. They disbanded in 1841 and the remainder of the Congregation formed the above named church shortly thereafter and laid the corner
stone at the present location in 1849.
