The Dakota, one of the oldest apartment houses in New York, Central Park West, west side, from 72nd to 73rd Streets, from south-bound drive, Central Park at about 70th Street. At the left may be seen a portion of the Majestic Hotel, now replaced by the Majestic Apartment House.
