Manhattan: 38th Street (East) - 1st Avenue

E. 38th Street, north side, west from (Wo. 315, right) a point between First and Second Avenues, and acroso the latter. At the P. E. corner of Second Avenue appewrs a lb story apartment house (No. 301 E. ) erected in 1928. Across the Avenue, and midway between Third, is the J. C. G. Hupel's Brewery. The shadowy portion above same is the upper part of the office structure
known as No. 1O E. 4Oth Street.
