Manhattan: 3rd Avenue - 30th Street (East)

Third Avenue, at the N. W. corner of East 30th Street, showing the Madison Square Church House-Free Gospel & Social Center. King's Handbook of N.Y. 1893 (pg.369) refers to this as an activity of the (former) Madison Square Presbyterian Church at 24th Street.

The writer believes that this authority has been relegated to the 1st Presbyterian Church since the dismemberment of the original sponsor.
