Madison SCuare Garden, on N.E. corner of Madison Avenue and 26th Street, during the Democratic Convention of 1924 which was memorable for the Smith-McAdoo deadlock. On the S.E. corner is shown the Manhattan Club, occupying the old Lawrence Jerome
residence.
