and the Daniel J. Leary (No. 876) homes.
The N.Y. Herald Tribune of Sunday, June 18, 1939 carries a photo and an article reporting the details of the proposed replacement with an apartment house of the Harriman and possibly the Lewisohn homes. Sir John Mactaggart, a Scottish builder purchased the former 5 years ago and is about to procede with plans for this
site.
