Manhattan: 54th Street - 5th Avenue

54th Street, west from Fifth Avenue. To the right is the University Wlub at the N.W. corner of this point, while beyond is the Warwick, at the N..E. :orner of Sixth Avenue. Between same is a modern structure, reputed to have been financed by the Rockefellers who formerly resided opposite same. At this date, the John D. Vfews 2 and 3 are eastward from Sixth Avenue and are prooressive. Note in the last the fenced clearance wbere the gardens of the new Museum of Modern Art are to be. These will eventually include the
Rockefeller buildings sites.
