E. 38th Street, north side, east from (No. 307-313 garage left) a point to the east of Second Avenue,to the East River (right). To the right and on opposite sides of First Avenue are the Eleto Co. warehouse (erected Fall 1928) and the Consolidated Edison Co. power house. The latter is east of First Avenue and extends to the
river.
