Bronx: Henry Hudson Parkway - 235th Street

Henry Hudson Parkway (Spuyten Duyvil Parkway), north from West 236th Street, showing a bridge spanning the parkway at West 239th Street. At the end of the bridge (right) is a war memorial to World War I veterans of the Spuyten Duyvil, Riverdale and Kingsbridge section of the Bronx. The 6-story apartment house, on the right, is No. 3656 Johnson Ave., at the S.W. corner of West 239th Street and is called the Oxford House.
