Center Street, at the N.W. corner of Court Place (Richmond), showing the old County Clerk's and Surrogate'e office building which was erected in 1848 and used for that purpose until 1920. It has been restored and made the home of the Staten Island Historical Society Museum. For additional data see 'The Sun", October 10, 1936.
