137 to 163 York Avenue, east side, between Buchanan and Carlyle Streets, looking south toward the latter. The first two houses (Nos. 137 and 141) belonged in 1874 to Crabtree; the third house (No. 145) was owned by Birtwistle, and the fourth one (No. 149-151) by R. Hartley. (See Beers's map.)
