Probably the old New York City Water Works Pumping Station No. 3, which was used only for storage by this time. In background are Northern Apartments buildings at 34-06 45th Street and 34-05 44th Street, and the Pennsylvania and Long Island Railroad tracks. Property is on Packard (Grove) Street at 37th Avenue in Sunnyside, Queens. Date unknown, probably 1930s. Structure was probably demolished in the mid-1930s.
